No Shame in Crying

Honey: No matter what, I wanted to find my inspiration to show that I can still make people happy. But they treated me as if… I was failure. The last straw was drugging me so I wouldn’t disobey their orders… And I felt so sick to my stomach… I couldn’t bring myself to cry or shed a tear. I just couldn’t take the pain anymore and… I just wanted to point that stupid gun to my head and-! … (Buries her face in her arms…) Just look at me now… I lost everything… Including myself…

Amy: … But you haven’t lost anything. You still have such a wonderful legacy to stand on. I can understand that you weren’t happy at G.U.N, and wanted to find something that you wanted for so long. But you never had to look. It’s always been with you this whole time.

Honey: …

Amy: Your love and desire to make people happy was always inside you. Both in fashion and… well, in general. They just didn’t understand that deep down; you didn’t want to hurt your friends. But you just wanted them to accept you and understand how loving you are.

Honey: …

Amy: (She stands up from the chair.) Your inspiration to make people happy never went anywhere. It’s always been in you… And inspiring to all of us as well. Besides… (She brushes her dress.) Aren’t you the one who designed my dress? (Smiles…)

Honey felt… something inside her. Something that would make her tear up… Amy was right. She did have her inspiration to make people happy all this time, and yet… She just didn’t look within herself to find it out sooner…

She slowly sat up and got out of the bed, facing Amy. With the pain in her waist, it was hard for her to stand up, but she didn’t care. She slowly staggered to Amy and hugs her. Amy embraces her warmly as Honey’s emotions begin to tremble.

Ever since she took the medication from G.U.N she couldn’t be able to shed a proper tear, but now… she started to cry. She was crying and wailing like a baby as Amy was comforting her…

Amy: (Gently rubbing her back as Honey continue crying loudly…) It’s ok, Honey. It’s over now. It’s… (Sniff) It’s… over.

Honey finally composed herself as tears flood her eyes… Amy walks her back to the bed and tucks her in under the covers…

Honey: (Sniffs and tries to calm herself…) T…Thank you… (Sniff…) Thank you…

Amy: Are you feeling ok now?

Honey: I’m fine… My body hurts from the blow but… (She sniffs and tries to breath…) I’ll… be fine… I’m just… s…so tired…

Amy: Get some rest. You’ve been through a lot.

Honey: (A cute kitten smile appears on her face as she slowly falls asleep…) … … …

Amy smiles warmly as she puts the gift box on the small chair. She leaves the flowers on the dresser and walks out of the room.
